Lukewarm potato-beetroot salad
Cook the potato cubes in salted water for about 4 minutes, drain them and allow them to cook until they are warm.
Beat all the ingredients for the dressing together.
Scoop the potatoes, beets and ham cubes together with the rest of the ingredients and pour the dressing over. Scoop well and season with salt and pepper.
Delicious with a rocket salad or watercress salad and freshly baked baguette.
