'flatbread' with zucchini and goat's cheese
Heat the oven grill.
Place the wraps on the baking sheet and brush lightly with a brush of water against drying out.
Place the zucchini on top and sprinkle with the pecans and thyme. Grind a little pepper and possibly a little sea salt.
Sprinkle with the goat's cheese and place the baking sheet under the grill for about 3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
