Omelet with hüttenkäse and basil
Try this gluten-free lunch. An egg without bread, but with hüttenkäse and tomatoes.
Beat the eggs with the water and season with salt and pepper. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and bake 4 thin omelettes.
Slice the basil and mix through the cottage cheese. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Divide the hüttenkäse and tomato over the omelets and roll them up. Cut diagonally and serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
