Ingredients
- 50 gram hazelnuts
- 50 gram white almonds
- 50 gram butter
- 200 gram shallots in quarters
- 1 tablespoon light brown caster sugar
- 4 pears small, peeled, in slices
- 2 pears large, peeled, in slices
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 gram mixed oak leaf lettuce
- 8 paste parma ham
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon nut oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Roast the hazelnuts in a dry, hot frying pan and keep separate.

Heat the butter and fruit in the shallots without letting it color. Sprinkle with the caster sugar and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Drizzle the pear slices with the lemon juice. Chop the nuts coarsely and mix them with salt, pepper and the ingredients for the dressing.

Divide the lettuce, shallots and pears over 4 plates. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with the parma ham. Tasty with toasted bread.
