A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: eggs, whipped cream, salt and pepper and butter.

Directions

  1. Disassemble eggs above 2 bowls.
  2. Egg yolks with whipped cream, salt and pepper will mix until the mixture is light and thick.
  3. Proteinise protein with pinch of salt.
  4. Fry 2 tablespoons of protein foam lightly through egg yolks.
  5. Let this mixture slide on proteins and carefully spread them together.
  6. Heat gently in butter.
  7. As soon as butter foams add omelette mass and shake for about 15 seconds with fork.
  8. Carefully swirl omelette to the bottom until the bottom is solidified.
