Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cod burgers in 10 min. Over medium heat. Turn halfway.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the Kaiser rolls open.
  3. Remove the leaves from the romaine lettuce and spread over the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the fried eggs.
  5. Divide the beet salad over the lettuce. Put a burger and egg on it. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
