Potato salad with tuna
Lunch salad with canned tuna, steam potatoes, celery, granny smith apple, spring onion and gherkin cubes, made with yoghurt mayonnaise, lemon juice and vinegar.

Steam the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the celery into bows, the apple into cubes of 1 cm and the spring onions in rings. Drain the tuna pieces.

Squeeze out the ½ lemon. Let the pickles drain, but pick up some vinegar from the jar.

Cut the steamed potatoes lengthwise into pieces.

Mix the potatoes, celery, apple, spring onions, tuna, gunny cubes and yoghurt mayonnaise together with 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp vinegar from the jar of gourd cubes.

Serve the potato salad on a scale.
