Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 chicken roll about 500 g
- 1 Pork roast about 500 g
- 4 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 fresh ginger peeled, grated, approx. 1 cm
- 5 tablespoon peanut butter with pieces of nut
- 1 teaspoon sambal
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon coconut milk
- 4 soft white bread roll
- 4 roll bread
- 4 tablespoon atjar tjampoer
- 2 tablespoon seroendeng

Heat the butter and fry the roulade. Pour 1 tablespoon of ketjapmarinadeen 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 30 minutes until cooked.

Switch off the heat source and allow the roulade to rest for about 15 minutes in the gravy.

In the meantime, heat the oil to a low setting and fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the peanut butter, the rest of the soy sauce, sambal, lime juice, coconut milk and 5 tablespoons of water and stir into a smooth sauce. Let simmer on a low setting until the sauce has the desired thickness.

Cut the roulade into thick slices. Cut open the buns and spread them with the slices of meat.

Generously spoon peanut sauce, the atjar and seroendeng.
