Cajun crab burger


A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, white casa bread, crab ((a 170 g), drained), cajun spices, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), leaf chopped), surimisticks ( (fish, bowl 150 g), chopped), mustard, egg, sunflower oil, crumpets (or 4 white balls) and cocktail sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts from the bread. Leave the bread for 10 seconds. soak in water and squeeze out all the moisture.
  2. Put the bread in a bowl.
  3. Squeeze the crab so that there is almost no moisture left and add to the bread.
  4. Add the cajun spices, onion, garlic, coriander, surimi sticks and mustard. Mix well together. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Knead the egg through the mixture and form four balls. Press them flat and make them citizens.
  6. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the burgers over medium heat in 6 min. Brown and done. Turn between times.
  7. Meanwhile, halve the biscuits and roast them in the toaster or grill them for 1-2 minutes on a grill pan. Spread the inside of the bread roll with the cocktail sauce and put the crab burger in between.
