Sandwich with Moroccan disk


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: boule beurre (bread), sunflower oil, Moroccan (disks (2 dishes a 2 pieces)), mayonnaise, fresh coriander (finely chopped), lemon juice, garlic (squeezed), lamb's lettuce (75 g) and red onion (in rings).

Directions

  1. Cut 4 thick cuts of the boule beurre.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the Moroccan discs according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the coriander, the lemon juice and the garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toast the bread in the toaster.
  6. Brush the slices of bread thickly with the cilantro mayonnaise and cut them in half.
  7. Divide the lamb's lettuce over 4 half slices of bread and place the Moroccan slices on top.
  8. Divide the red onion over it, cover with the remaining slices of bread and put a satay stick in it to keep the bread together..
