Smoothie of mango, yogurt and cinnamon.
Peel the mango. Cut the flesh of the kernel and then into cubes.
Place the mango cubes on a flat plate and leave to freeze in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Puree in a food processor, blender or smoothie maker the mango cubes with the yoghurt and cinnamon into a creamy, even drink.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
