Gingerbread sandwich
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: whole-wheat breakfast cake (pre-cut), dairy spread (light (box 150 g)), apple (freshly sweet (eg elstar) and thin slices).

Brush the slices of gingerbread thinly with the dairy spread.

Put some apple slices on one slice of gingerbread.

Put one slice of gingerbread on top and top with apple again.

Cover with the last slice of cake with the dairy spread side down.
