Ingredients
- 150 gram Roquefort
- 150 gram danish blue
- 150 gram gorgonzola
- 150 gram mixed leaf lettuce
- 2 meat tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 100 gram green olive
- 2 spring / forest onion
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 5 tablespoon olive oil for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme for the dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano for the dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme for the dressing
Directions

Cut the cheese into cubes or crumble it. Divide the lettuce over deep plates or bowls. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Spread the tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, olives, spring onions, cheese and capers over the lettuce. Sprinkle the dressing over it.
