Toasted currant bread
Cut the bananas and the strawberries into slices.
Roast the slices of currant bread.
In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and place the slices of banana in it.
Bake the slices for two to three minutes until they lightly color.
Sprinkle half of the pouring syrup over, scoop the slices and warm well.
Spoon the fried banana on plates and spoon the yogurt next to it.
Garnish with slices of strawberry.
Slice the slices of currant bread diagonally and place them next to the fried banana.
Tip: You can also use mascarpone instead of Greek yogurt.
