Heat the chicken broth supplemented with water according to the instructions on the package.

Add the tomato cubes, vinegar, sugar, sweet soy sauce, sambal, ginger and garlic and cook gently for about 5 minutes.

Spoon the leek and mie through and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Tie the soup with the cornstarch, diluted with a little of the stock. Delicious with cassava chips.
