Make sure that the dairy spread is at room temperature. Remove the tarragon leaves from the twigs. Put the leaves in a cup and cut them finely with scissors. Cut the dill finely in another cup in the same way.

In a bowl, stir the butter with a fork. Stir in grated cheese, mustard and finely chopped tarragon. Keep stirring until it becomes a smooth cheese butter.

Stir in the dairy spread in another bowl and stir in the dill with freshly ground pepper.

Brush 6 slices of casino bread with the cheese butter. Divide a large piece of carrot strips over 3 slices.

Place the other slices of cheese butter with the butter side down. Press something.

Brush the other 6 slices with dairy spread.

Cover 3 slices with slices of smoked salmon. Place the other slices down with the dairy spread. Press something.

Cut the crusts off nicely with a large bread knife.

Cut all the piles of bread each diagonally into 4 triangular sandwiches and in a few sandwiches put a stick with a heart.
