Cheese skaters
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, puff pastry (frozen), pineapple (from canned), eggs, fresh cream cheese, bacon strips, curry powder, grated cheese, chives and butter or margarine to grease.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4. In the meantime, allow the puff pastry to thaw on the counter in about 10 minutes.

Let the pineapple drain and cut small pieces of it. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Stir in the cream cheese, the bacon, the pineapple and the curry powder. Grease the molds with the brush thinly with butter. Put a piece of dough in each mold and press it well. Cut away the dough that protrudes above the mold. Prick holes in the soil with a fork.

Divide the egg mixture over the molds. Sprinkle the cheese over it. Cut the chives above.

Fry the savory tarts in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes. Cut the dough with a knife along the edges and put the tarts on the plates. Nice for the afternoon! .
