Onion pizza with mackerel
Pizza with onion, fish, peppers on an Italian wood oven pizza base, without cheese.

Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into thin half rings and the garlic into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, paprika and garlic for 8 minutes on medium heat. Scoop occasionally.

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Place the pizza bases on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Spread the onion mixture over the pizza bases.

Remove the skin from the mackerel fillet and divide the fish into pieces. Divide over the pizzas.

Sprinkle with capers and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. change places after 8 minutes.

Cut the pizza into points.
