Salad with mackerel
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, butter or margarine, white wine, crème fraîche (125 ml), grated horseradish (pot), smoked mackerel (about 250 g), salt and pepper, salad mix (à 100 g) and pomodoridressing (bottle).

Chop and finely chop the shallots. Heat (butter) pan of butter and finely chop the shallots for about 1 minute. Add white wine and reduce to high heat until 1 to 2 tablespoons are left. Stir in the crème fraiche and horseradish from heat. Meanwhile, clean mackerel, remove skin and grit. Mash in bowl mackerel with fork. Crush cream mixture mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread out four plates. Dressing over it. With 2 tablespoons oval bread rolls of mackerel form and lay on lettuce. Serve with wholemeal baguette.
