Place each tortilla wrap on a sheet of aluminum foil. Brush the wraps with the houmous.

Let the grilled peppers drain. Cut the peppers into strips and spread with the olives and the rucola over the wraps.

Roll up the wraps tightly and wrap the aluminum foil around it. Cut the packets with foil and just before they serve.
