Finely chop the dill with a few tufts. Roast the slices of bread in a hot grill pan on both sides until golden brown stripes appear. Meanwhile, peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.

Mix the pieces of kiwi in a bowl with dill, lemon juice and some freshly ground black pepper. Put toasted slices of bread on plates, brush with mayonnaise and lay the slices of salmon loosely. Spoon the kiwi on it. Garnish with a dash of dill and rocket.
