Broccoli brie pie with nuts
Put the bread mix in a mixing bowl. Add 125 lukewarm water and butter and knead with the mixer with dough hooks or with a cool hand a smooth dough. Allow to rise for 15 minutes at room temperature covered with cling film.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Beat the crème fraîche with the eggs, salt and pepper. Press the dough into the mold.
Put half of the brie on the dough base and divide half of the cashew nuts. Put the broccoli florets on it.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli florets. Divide the rest of the brie and the notes over it. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Fry the cake in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes and done until tender.
