Slamelange with chard combined with carrot julienne, raw vegetables radish, apple cider vinegar, hard goat cheese 30 and brown baguette.

Divide the lettuce melange, carrot julienne and raw vegetables radish over the plates or bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.

Cut the cheese into strips and spread over the salads. Cut the baguette into slices and serve with the salad, possibly with extra oil for dipping.
