Courgette flange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: zucchini, eggs, milk, flour, spicy cheese grated, olive oil, lemon pepper (mill) and extra virgin olive oil with basil.

Cut off the ends and scrape zucchini into long, thin slices using cheese slicer.

Dissolve eggs with milk in bowl.

Sift flour on top and until smooth batter.

Mix in cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a quarter of olive oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating and cook in a pan with a ladle of quarter of batter.

Pan turning so that the whole bottom is covered thinly with batter.

Put a few slices of zucchini on them and fry them for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat.

Turn the flange gently and bake for 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Let the flange glide on a plate and keep it warm under aluminum foil.

Cook 3 more flanges in the same way.

Place the crêpes on four plates and grind lemon pepper above.
