Place the slices of bread with pate and a piece of lamb's lettuce.

Puree the blackberries with 1 tablespoon of honey, port or orange juice and the rosemary needles.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of blackberry sauce over the pâté and garnish with some blackberries and a sprig of rosemary. Serve the rest of the sauce.
