Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Knead the dough again and roll it out on a floured surface to a large thin cloth. Make several round pizzas or press the dough into the griddle as 1 large pizza.

Brush the dough with the tomato sauce. Divide the slices of mozzarella over them and create a rainbow pattern with the vegetables. Start with the to, then paprika, corn, broccoli, red onion and beet.

Brush all vegetables and the edges of the dough with some olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Fry the rainbow pizza in the oven for about 30 minutes.
