Directions

  1. Chop the walnuts coarsely. Grate the pecorino. Cut the beetroot and garlic coarsely.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a high cup. Mix with the hand blender into a smooth pesto. Season the pesto with salt and freshly ground pepper.
