Berliner cheese souffle


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, Passendaler cheese (piece), fresh chives (à 20 g), fresh chervil (à 15 g), soft butter or margarine, eggs (at room temperature), flour, baking powder, ham cubes (duobakje) 250 g), mustard, (freshly ground) pepper, salt and butter or margarine to grease.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3. Cut cheese crust and cut cheese into small cubes. Cut the chives and chervil finely. Place baking paper in cake tin and grease sides.
