A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: boiled beet (about 500 g), red onion, garlic (chopped), Greek yoghurt (a 500 g), extra virgin olive oil, flat parsley (20 g) and only the leaves).

Peel the beetroot. Cut them into thin slices and the slices into thin strips (julienne). Drain in a colander. Chop the onion as finely as possible. Mix the beetroot with the onion, garlic, yogurt and oil to tzatziki. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the parsley and spoon 3/4 through the tzatziki. Sprinkle the tzatziki with the rest of the parsley. Tasty with a shawarma sandwich.
