Ingredients
Directions
-
Make sure the butter is soft. Fill a pan with a layer of water and heat it on low heat.
-
Break the white chocolate over the heat-resistant bowl and hang the bowl over the water in the pan.
-
Let the chocolate melt gently while stirring. Remove the bowl from the pan and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
-
In a different bowl, whisk the butter thoroughly with a whisk until the butter turns light yellow and creamy.
-
Mix the melted white chocolate with the butter until it is spreadable.
-
Brush the biscuits with the white chocolate butter and place them on plates.
-
Break the dark chocolate over the cleaned heat-resistant bowl. Hang the bowl back in the pan and melt the dark chocolate in the same way. Stick the strawberries one by one to a cocktail stick.
-
Baptize the strawberries with the tip in the chocolate. Place the chocolate strawberries on a plate and allow them to dry.
-
Place the strawberries with the chocolate hats on top of the biscuits.
