Bratwurst with beets
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bratwurst ((4 pieces), in pieces), cooked beet (500 g), sour cream (125 g), cumin seeds, mashed potatoes ((750 g, frozen), thawed) and leeks ( in rings).

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the sausage 4 minutes. Scoop in the baking dish.

Cut the beets into cubes of 1/2 cm (brunoise) and mix them with the sour cream and the cumin seeds through the mashed potatoes.
