  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the sausage 4 minutes. Scoop in the baking dish.
  2. Cut the beets into cubes of 1/2 cm (brunoise) and mix them with the sour cream and the cumin seeds through the mashed potatoes.
