Caribbean drumsticks
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, pineapple juice (1 liter pack), white or brown rum (liquorice), olive oil, red pepper (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), dark brown caster sugar, coriander (finely chopped) and chicken drumsticks.

Light the barbecue. In a bowl mix the pineapple juice with the rum, oil, red pepper, garlic, sugar and coriander. Use a sharp knife to cut the skin and meat from the chicken drumsticks in a few places. Roll through the marinade and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Turn regularly into the marinade. Remove the chicken drumsticks 30 minutes in advance from the refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature. Drain.

Grill the chicken drumsticks in 10 min. Brown. Pack loosely with aluminum foil and move to a less warm place on the barbecue. Let it cook for another 20 minutes. Times regularly.

You can prepare the chicken drumsticks a few hours in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Allow to reach room temperature 30 minutes in advance.
