Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Wash and cut the leeks in thick rings and the carrots into 3 cm pieces. Cut the shoulder ham into cubes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 10 to 15 minutes until done. In the meantime, cook the green beans, leeks and carrots in a separate pan for 3 minutes.

Let the vegetables drain and collect the cooking liquid. If necessary, add the gravy of the meat with cooking water to 150 ml.

Scoop the potatoes, vegetables, ham and stew into the oven dish. Pour the gravy over it and season with salt and pepper.

Place the defrosted slices of puff pastry on a floured sheet. Roll out into a piece slightly larger than the baking dish.

Place the dough on the baking dish and stick the edges. Prick holes in the dough with a fork and cut off the excess dough.
