Boil cauliflower florets and celeriac in water for 15 minutes until al dente.

Cook in another pan the sprouts in just 10 minutes just undercooked.

Drain the sprouts and let them drain.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy.

Add the sprouts and fry them together with the bacon.

Add the cashew nuts and extinguish with the whipped cream.
