Cut the celery into thin loops. Crumble the cheese and chop the walnuts coarsely.

Peel the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the apple into slices and sprinkle with the dressing.

Mix the celery, apple, nuts, cheese and the dressing. Divide the salad over plates. Sprinkle the capers over it.
