Directions

  1. Finely chop 100 g of the ham and mix it with the parsley, walnuts, salt and pepper with the goat's cheese.
  2. Put this mixture on plastic foil and form a firm part of it.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a short time to get stiff.
  4. Puree the roasted peppers with the sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add some pepper sausage if the sauce is too thick.
  6. Divide the slices of ham over 4 plates or a dish. Cut the ham cheese roll into slices and place it on the meat.
  7. Sprinkle pepper sauce around it.
  8. Garnish with grapes.
