Melt the butter and stir in the granola together with the orange zest.

Spread a layer over the bottom of the pots.

Beat the ricotta with the cream cheese and honey with a mixer and spread this mixture over the jars.

Make layers with the granola and ricotta filling and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (this can also be done the night before).

Place the raspberries in the middle just before serving and garnish with mint.

Finish with a nicely decorated lid.
