A tasty recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: ground coconut (bowl 55 g), whipped cream (125 ml), sugar, cocoa, cherries (350 g), whole milk and paachagel (pack 400 g).

Directions

  1. Let the coconut soak in 5 cubits of hot tap water. Meanwhile, whisk the whipped cream with 1 tbsp sugar. Dissolve the rest of the sugar and the cocoa in 3 tbs of hot water. Keep 4 cherries for garnish. Put the rest of the cherries with the juice in the blender or food processor. Add the coconut, the cocoa mixture and the milk. Mix in 30 sec. to a smoothie.
  2. Divide the smoothie over 4 glasses and scoop the cream. Garnish with the reserved cherries and Easter hail.
