Put the bananas together with the low-fat quark and almonds in the blender or food processor. Add the spinach, the water and the leaves of the fresh mint while turning.

Mix into a smooth smoothie. Add any extra moisture to make the smoothie a bit thinner. Serve in 4 glasses.
