Lemon ice cream cheese smoothie


A tasty recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: lemon (scrubbed), sorbet lemon (500 ml), full curd (500 g), liquid honey and fresh mint (15 g).

Directions

  1. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Put the grater, juice, ice cream, curds and honey in the blender or food processor. Leave 4 sprigs of fresh mint for garnishing. Cut the rest of the mint leaves into strips and add. Mix in 30 sec. to a smoothie. Add extra honey to taste and mix for another 5 seconds.
  2. Divide the smoothie over 4 glasses. Garnish with the sprigs of mint.
