A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, noodles (250 g), oil, chicken fillet (in strips), onion (in rings), wok sauce (black bean garlic (200 ml)), Chinese cabbage (in strips), peanuts (unsalted) , coarsely chopped) and red pepper (in strips).

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Sprinkle the chicken with pepper and salt and stir-fry in 3 min. Until golden brown and done. Add the onion and cook for 1 min. Add the wok sauce. Spoon the coals and let it shrink slightly. Add the noodles and heat the mixture, but make sure the coals remain crispy. Spread over 4 bowls and sprinkle with the peanuts and the red pepper.
