Chicken with mushrooms
Chicken bolts with chestnut mushrooms, thin bacon strips, onion, garlic, Marsala, chicken broth, mushroom melange and parsley.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and halve the large ones.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon briefly.

Remove the bacon from the pan and fry the chicken bolts per 2 in the shortening.

Slice the onion in rings and the garlic.

Take the chicken out of the pan. Fry the onion, mushrooms and half of the garlic in the shortening for 2 minutes.

Put the bacon and the chicken back in the pan. Pour the Marsala into the pan. Pour the broth as soon as the drink is bubbling.

Turn off the heat when the liquid is boiling. Let the chicken simmer over (on flame distributor) in approx. 40 min. Turn occasionally.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into large pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rest of the garlic for ½ min.

Add the mushrooms and fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mushrooms over the chicken. Slice the parsley and sprinkle over it.
