Dutch stew with smoked chicken, leek and cream cheese.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the leek and cut into rings. Cut the onions into half rings and the garlic into thin slices.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the leek, onion and garlic for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Drain the potatoes and crush them with the puree rammer.
  5. Slice the chives. Mix the pre-mix, cream cheese, chives and chicken strips with mashed potatoes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and warm for another 2 minutes. Bon appétit! .
