Stew red cabbage with tutti frutti
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tutti frutti (250 g), firm potatoes, cooked red cabbage (with apple pieces (500 g)), coarse mustard, olive oil and shoulder chop (in 4 pieces).

Soak the frutti for 25 minutes in 500 ml of hot water.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Heat the red cabbage in a pan on low heat.

Heat the grill pan. Mix the mustard with the oil and brush the pork chops with it. Grill the pork chops in 12 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.

Let the frutti drain. Drain the potatoes and grate them coarsely with the puree masher. Put in the frutti and red cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the pork chops.
