Sweet and sour stir-fry platter with noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (250 g), stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), tropical fruit mix in light syrup (a 439 g), straight to wok sauce sweet-sour (sweet-sour stir-fry sauce, a 100 g) and straight to wok noodles (a 2 bags of 150 g).

Directions

Bring to the boil in a generous amount of water.

Heat in wok oil.

Meat in approx.
-
3 minutes around brown baking.

Add vegetable mix and stir-fry approx.

2 minutes.

Drain fruit and collect juice.

Stir fry sauce, fruit and 4 tablespoons juice and heat for approx.
-
2 minutes.
-
Put in boiling water for 30 seconds in heat resistant colander.

Drain and serve with stir-fry tray.
