Sweet and sour stir-fry platter with noodles


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (250 g), stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), tropical fruit mix in light syrup (a 439 g), straight to wok sauce sweet-sour (sweet-sour stir-fry sauce, a 100 g) and straight to wok noodles (a 2 bags of 150 g).

Directions

  1. Bring to the boil in a generous amount of water.
  2. Heat in wok oil.
  3. Meat in approx.
  4. 3 minutes around brown baking.
  5. Add vegetable mix and stir-fry approx.
  6. 2 minutes.
  7. Drain fruit and collect juice.
  8. Stir fry sauce, fruit and 4 tablespoons juice and heat for approx.
  9. 2 minutes.
  10. Put in boiling water for 30 seconds in heat resistant colander.
  11. Drain and serve with stir-fry tray.
  12. Tasty with crackers..
