Chicory soup with cola
Try something different? Then try this chicory soup with cola
Cut the heart out of the chicory and cut the rest into large pieces.
Stir fry the chicory in some olive oil until it is a little glassy.
Extinction with half of the cola.
Add the cayenne pepper, nutmeg, stock cubes and lemon juice on low heat. Let simmer or simmer for ten minutes.
In the meantime, cut the spring onion small and spread over the soup bowls.
Stir in the remaining coke and water through the mixture.
Let it boil for a moment.
Mix the whole smooth with the hand blender.
Cream there, and a few big strokes from the pepper mill.
Pour the soup over the spring onions in the bowls.
