Grilled tilapia with coarse sea salt
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh dill (a 15 g), lime, Greek yogurt (0% (150 g)), capers, potatoes, courgettes (about 800 g), olive oil, tilapia fillets (fish, frozen, bag a 750 g) and sea salt (coarse (pack a 500 g)).

Halve lime.

Cut green skin of half lime graters and half in thin slices.

Sauce stirring yogurt, dill, capers and lime zest.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Clean potatoes with peel and courgettes and cut into 1/2 cm slices.

Drizzle with kitchen paper and oil.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fish fillets alternately.

Dust the fish with coarse sea salt.
