Broccoli soup with fish croutons
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, pan-fried broccoli florets (300 g), olive oil, vegetable stock, white bread, garlic, anchovy fillets (tin a 46 g) and tomatoes.

Peel and chop onions.

Divide broccoli into smaller florets.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in soup pot 1.

Bake about 3 minutes.

Cooking bouillon tablets in 600 ml of boiling water and broccoli for approx.

8 minutes in stock.

Preheat the grill.

Cut crusts of bread and cut bread into dice.

Squeeze the garlic over the rest of the oil.

Cut anchovies and stir with oil.

Spread the bread with garlic mixture.

Clean tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

Bread approx.

2 minutes under grill until crispy.

Fry the broccoli with a hand blender in stock.

Broccoli soup serve in large bowls garnished with croutons and cubes of tomato..
