Ingredients: 1 bag arugula; fricandeau; smoked chicken fillet (meat products); 1 tin can tuna; 5 tablespoon mayonnaise; 5 tablespoon sour cream; 2 tablespoon capers; 3 anchovy fillet; 2 tablespoon olive oil

Divide tufts of rocket over small glasses.
Then create narrow strips of fricandeau or smoked chicken fillet (meat products).
Purée the drained tuna with the mayonnaise or sour cream, the capers, anchovy fillets and olive oil.
Divide this tuna sauce over the meat strips and garnish with a few capers or a leaf of basil.
