Cut the buns from the buns and roll out the buns. Brush the inside of the buns with the mustard.

Divide the lettuce over the sandwiches. Put the tuna, anchovies, capers, olives, strips of tomato and eggs in layers.

Press the filling slightly and pour some dressing on it. Place the onion rings on top and finish with the bread caps if necessary.
